HealthHub approached us with an ambitious vision: a single app that would unify health tracking, wellness goals, and expert guidance for a broad consumer audience. The challenge was designing something comprehensive enough to be genuinely useful — while remaining simple enough for first-time users.
We began with six rounds of user interviews across different health-consciousness levels, distilling key motivations and friction points into design principles that would guide every decision.
We built out information architecture, rapid prototypes, and tested three distinct interaction models before converging on the final approach — a card-based dashboard that surfaces personalised insights without overwhelming.

There's a paradox at the heart of branding. The brands that feel the most effortless — seamlessly present across every touchpoint — are often the result of the most deliberate consistency work. It rarely happens by accident.
Trust is accumulated through repeated, predictable experiences. When someone encounters your brand across different channels and each touchpoint feels cohesive — same tone, same visual language, same underlying values — they build an expectation. That expectation, when met consistently, becomes trust.
The reverse is also true. Inconsistency creates cognitive friction. When your social posts feel like a different company than your website, potential customers register a subtle disconnect they can't articulate — but they feel it.
We think about brand consistency in three layers: visual, verbal, and behavioural. Most brands focus on visual (logo, colours, typography) and neglect verbal (tone, language, vocabulary) and behavioural (how the brand acts under pressure, how it handles complaints). All three need to align for consistency to feel genuine rather than cosmetic.
Start with a proper brand guidelines document that covers more than logo usage. Include tone of voice examples, messaging hierarchy, and guidance on how the brand should behave in different contexts. Then audit your existing touchpoints against those guidelines — you'll almost certainly find inconsistencies worth addressing.
